- 10 Sumo deadlift high pull
- 10 Box jumps
- 200 Metre run
- Medicine ball throw for maximum distance
- 1 arm overhead walking lunge until Medicine ball is reached (alternate arms each time)
- 10 Thrusters
- 10 Pull ups
- 200 Metre run
