Sunday Evening

I am going to try to do every posted WOD on the CrossFit main site for at least 4 weeks plus anything extra depending on how I am feeling. I still have to do the CrossFit Total but will do this on Tuesday morning. Tomorrow I will do the pull up ladder WOD.

This evening I did:
5 rnds for time of:
7 Ring Dips
7 Thrusters (40kg)
7 Power Snatch (40kg)

Hey its B.... There is a lady named Vivian coming out your way to vacation. She has been a client of Shari and mine back in the past. She is going to be in Sydney and wants to train with you guys. I thought I would give you a heads up that she is cool to train in groups. Hope you are doing great out there.

Share and I are headed to Hawaii this summer but still plan on making it out your way in the future.
