15 Soles of feet together sit ups

Good long stretch
Afternoon
1 Clean (Squat Clean) - 3 Front squats
40 - 50 - 55kg (Warm up sets)
60 - 65 - 70 - 75 - 80 - 85 - 87.5kg
(Belt used for all work sets, back still not 100%. Cleans felt strong though.)
