Back in action!

Was sick all last week so no training.

Monday 24th March
KB work
H2H with 16kg
Windmill 16kg 2 (4L/4R)
Clean and Press Ladder with 28kg. 5 x (1L/1R, 2/2, 3/3)
Snatch 28kg 2 x (5L/5R, 5L/5R)
Stretch

Tuesday 25th March
120 Ring Pull-ups, 120 Ring Dips

Done as 24 x (5 PU's/5 Dips)
37:27. Pull ups good, dips very slow.
